Evolution™ (DE) that incorporate training, software tools, and
project coaching. This combination ensures that you gain the
knowledge and experience necessary to successfully apply I-TRIZ and
receive a measurable return on your investment.

INVENTIVE PROBLEM SOLVING (IPS)
IPS USER PROGRAM
An entry-level program that includes a half-day workshop for up to 20 individuals.
Program objective: To gain familiarity with the I-TRIZ methodology
and Ideation Brainstorming software in order to solve light-weight
inventive problems and perform successfully as a team member on
major IPS projects.
Internet training is available for this program.
IPS PRACTITIONER PROGRAM
(Prerequisite: IPS User certification) A 3-day workshop for up to 20 individuals, followed by 32 hours of post-workshop project work conducted over six weeks.
Program objective: To provide participants with the knowledge and
skills necessary to resolve complex inventive problems using the
Innovation WorkBench (IWB) software. During the workshop,
participants will address a real-world technological problem of
their choosing.
The post-training project entails completing the full Ideation
Process for the selected problem. IPS Professionals will provide
post-workshop coaching for one month to help the participant achieve
satisfactory results. After completing the project the participant
will receive certification as an IPS Practitioner.
Internet training is available for this program.
IPS PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM
(Prerequisite: IPS Practitioner certification) A 5-day workshop for up to six individuals, followed by post-workshop project work.
Program objective: To develop the knowledge and skills necessary to teach the I-TRIZ methodology and software tools. The workshop includes student presentations, structured interaction, and role-play between trainers and training participants in a simulated teaching environment.
The post-training project entails training one group of IPS Users
and facilitating an IPS project. After completing the project the
participant will receive certification as an IPS Professional. An
I-TRIZ Master will provide post-workshop coaching.
ANTICIPATORY FAILURE DETERMINATION (AFD)®
AFD USER PROGRAM
An entry-level program that includes a half-day workshop for up to 20 individuals.
Program objective: To gain familiarity with the I-TRIZ methodology
in order to perform successfully as a team member on AFD projects.
AFD PRACTITIONER PROGRAM
(Prerequisite: IPS Practitioner certification) A 3-day workshop for up to 20 individuals, followed by 32 hours of post-workshop project work conducted over one month.
Program objective: To provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to reveal the root cause of system failures, and systematically predict and prevent potential failure mechanisms using the Ideation Failure Analysis and Ideation Failure Prediction software. During the workshop, participants will work with a real-world technological system (product or process) of their choosing.
The post-training project entails completing the AFD process for the selected system. AFD Professionals will provide post-workshop coaching for one month to help the participant achieve satisfactory results. After completing the project the participant will receive certification as an AFD Practitioner.

DE USER PROGRAM

20 individuals.
Program objective: To gain familiarity with the I-TRIZ methodology
in order to perform successfully as a team member on DE projects.
DE SPECIALIST PROGRAM
(Prerequisite: IPS and AFD Professional certification) Individualized program followed by post-workshop DE project work. An I-TRIZ Master will provide post-workshop coaching.
I-TRIZ MASTER CERTIFICATION
A DE Specialist can be certified as an I-TRIZ Master by management
review after demonstrating proficiency in the following:
